Rules & Disclaimers governing the Great Dine-Out Tampa Bay Giveaway. One ticket per entry. Tickets and online entries are non-transferable. Name on ticket or online registration must match the person claiming a prize. Purchasers of tickets must legibly write their full names and contact information on each counterfoil / registration form. If more than one name is stated on a counterfoil / registration form, the first listed name shall be the Entrants. Entrant(s) must be 18 years of age or older and must qualify under Florida law to participate in this opportunity. All three winners will be determined by a random drawing. Drawing for winning tickets will be held on January 29, 2020, at the St. Pete Yacht Club, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at Infinity's cabaret event featuring 'The Scott & Patti Show.' Tickets to drawing event are sold separately. Attendance at event is not mandatory. Participants need not be present at the drawing to win. Winners not in attendance at the drawing event will be notified immediately upon completion of drawing by telephone and/or email. Suggested minimum donation is $25 per single ticket and $100 for five tickets. No more than 1500 tickets will be sold. Any monies turned in after the drawing closes will be returned to the entrant. All tickets will be recorded in the order received. Original ticket is not required to redeem the prize; however, winner(s) must produce legal identification to claim prize and identification must match drawn ticket information or registration information provided if purchased chance online. Safekeeping of ticket stub is purchaser's sole responsibility. Winners must claim prize(s) within 30 days of the drawing. If winner(s) does not claim the prize within 30 days of the drawing, then the prize will be forfeited and re-distributed to another fundraiser as Infinity sees fit. Any drawing may be postponed due to weather or any state of emergency declared by state or county local authorities. In such an event, a new date, place and time for the drawing will be determined by Infinity, which will be published on the Infinity website. Restaurants are subject to change up to three days prior to drawing event. Any restaurant changes will be updated in a timely manner on this site. Gift certificate expiration dates are solely determined by each restaurant. Tickets or online registrations obtained from unauthorized sources are void. Infinity reserves the right to confiscate and retain and tickets or online registrations suspected of being invalid. Donations for tickets/ online registrations are non-refundable. Prize package combinations of restaurants and gift card dollar values are determined solely by Infinity. Prize packages made possible through generous donations both monetary and in-kind.
