Rules & Disclaimers governing the HolidayFest  Raffle Drawings.   There will be five raffle prizes available for ticket sales, via Silent Auction Pro. One ticket per entry.  Name on ticket must match the person claiming a prize. Tickets for the raffle items may only be purchased on Silent Auction Pro. There will be no manual tickets sold. If more than one name is stated on a counterfoil / registration form, the first listed name shall be the Entrants. Entrant(s) must be 18 years of age or older and must qualify under Florida law to participate in this opportunity. Winner will be determined by a random drawing. Drawing for winning tickets will be held on December 6, 2025 at 6:45pm at the HolidayFest event at Pasadena Yacht and Country Club.  Attendance at event is not mandatory.  Participants need not be present at the drawing to win. Winners not in attendance at the drawing event will be notified immediately upon completion of drawing by telephone and/or email. Tickets will be sold for $20 each.  Ticket sales will close prior to the drawying on December 6, 2025. All tickets will be recorded in the order received. Winner(s) must produce legal identification to claim prize and identification must match drawn ticket information or registration information provided if purchased chance online. Winners must claim prize(s) within 30 days of the drawing. If winner(s) does not claim the prize within 30 days of the drawing, then the prize will be forfeited and re-distributed to another fundraiser as Infinity sees fit. Any drawing may be postponed due to weather or any state of emergency declared by state or county local authorities. In such an event, a new date, place and time for the drawing will be determined by Infinity, which will be published on the Infinity website. Tickets or online registrations obtained from unauthorized sources are void.  Infinity reserves the right to confiscate and retain any tickets or online registrations suspected of being invalid. Donations for tickets/ online registrations are non-refundable.  Prize packages made possible through generous donations both monetary and in-kind.
